Samsung has officially revealed its new lineup of NotePRO and TabPRO gadgetry at CES 2014 thereby confirming the leaks from yesterday.
The Korean consumer electronics giant unveiled a total of four tablets at the CES – three in the TabPRO lineup and one in NotePro. The TabPRO tablets comes in 8.4-inch, 10.1-inch and 12.2-inch screen sizes, while the NotePRO, which is the best tablet among all as far as the specifications go, comes in just a single 12.2-inch screen size.
All the tablets have WQXGA widescreen display screen with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,600 pixels despite the difference in screen sizes. Further, all the tablets feature 8-megapixel rear camera, run Android 4.4 KitKat and will come in 3G and LTE options.
Some of the new features of the tablet lineup includes Magazine UX interface allowing users to easily access content by organizing it on various dashboards; Multi Window support in productivity tools allowing users to split the screen into four windows; Virtual Keyboard with haptic feedback; Remote PC access for editing and file transfer; and Cisco WebEx Meetings.
The high-end 12.2-inch Galaxy NotePRO and TabPRO will pack a whole range of content that will be already paid for in the form of either prepaid or long-term subscriptions. This means Samsung is providing $700 worth of optimized content, apps and services including Bloomberg Businessweek, Blurb, Evernote, LinkedIn, Hancom Office for Android, The New York Times, and more depending on the market where it is launched.
