Nokia announces #LumiaBizTrial for UK businesses

Posted on 8 February 2014

Nokia is inviting UK businesses to trial Lumia smartphones including Nokia Lumia 520, Lumia 625 and Lumia 925 for 30 days, as a part of its #LumiaBizTrial campaign, for free to show the advanced experience that Nokia’s enterprise-ready Windows Phones can bring to the work forces.

Qualifying UK businesses will be provided with an additional highly personalised service pack to demonstrate the Nokia Lumia range’s capability and the benefits of Windows Phone for businesses.

In the last 12 months, Nokia’s B2B market share has increased from 5 percent to 12 percent, representing around 30 percent volume growth. The company is working towards increasing the enterprise presence this year and has made significant investments in its channel partners to introduce a variety of programs. With the majority of businesses operating in Microsoft environment, Nokia Lumia devices integrate seamlessly offering a smooth experience.

Adrian Williams, director of business sales, Nokia UK & Ireland said “The Nokia Lumia product range is the obvious choice for businesses looking to optimize their mobile strategy in a cost-effective way. Each phone connects to employees’ SharePoint, Lync, SkyDrive, Outlook and Office already in use, so they can pick up the work they started in the office right where they left it. Boasting an eye-catching design, the Lumia range allows business users to access their data and applications wherever they are.”

Nokia’s #LumiaBizTrial campaign is available to any IT decision-maker in a UK business with 100 or more employees in both private and public sector. The company also notes that only 200 trail packs are available on offer.
