After over two weeks of being in the Fast ring, Microsoft has released Windows 10 build 10130 to Slow ring enabling more testers to get their hands onto the build.

The build packs few fixes to issues that were reported by Fast ring users. Microsoft revealed earlier this month that it will be releasing Windows 10 generally on July 29; however, the company hasn’t ceased releasing updated versions of its builds to testers on the Windows Insider programme.
Some of the improvements in Windows 10 build 10130 include ability to customize your Start experience; updated icon design; Jump Lists on the Taskbar; Improvements to Microsoft Edge; Taskbar settings for Virtual Desktops; Microsoft Print to PDF; Playback improvements with the Movies & TV app among other things.
Some of the fixes that the build 10130 packs include fixed to an issues expected fly-out didn’t open in some cases; fix to an issue where after upgrading to this build audio playback is lost in some hardware configurations; fix to an issue where if you’re running the “Core” edition of the Windows 10 Insider Preview and Windows Update might not detect new builds available; and dynamic update prevents an issue that can result in the loss of audio when the upgrade is completed in some hardware configurations.

Microsoft is quick to point out a known issue with the Surface 3 that prevents the Windows 10 Insider Preview from installing. In this case, the company is suggesting users to hold off until they fix this issue.
One last thing, if you hit an error code of 0x80246017 trying to install this build from Windows Update, you can download the ISO. With the ISO, you can open it and upgrade directly from the ISO to get unblocked.
