Microsoft has posted a new page on its website with an aim to get model-wise user reviews on Lumia smartphones.
Ever since Satya Nadella has taken over the reins of Microsoft, he has been emphasizing over how the company needs to be ‘obsessed’ over customers. Nadella said in a letter addressed to Microsoft employees that they should modernize their “engineering processes to be customer-obsessed, data-driven, speed-oriented and quality-focused”.

Microsoft has been stressing that customer feedback is at the centre of everything and that future products are expected to be shaped around suggestions and opinions they receive from users.
The latest move towards inviting customer reviews for Lumia smartphones is a step in that direction. “Let us know what you think” reads the headline of the page.
“You love your Lumia, so why not put it into words? Whether you’re crazy for the PureView camera, the wireless charging or helpful Cortana, don’t keep it to yourself – find your phone below and tell us what makes it special!” reads the page further.

Users can rate their Lumia smartphone based on ease of use, features, battery life and overall rating. Beyond that users can also review in their own words.
The way Windows 10 has shaped up is a direct indication of how Microsoft has been taking into considering the feedback it has received for Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.
