Elder Scrolls Online has made a splashing debut on the UK all formats chart by grabbing the second position despite the fact that it has only been released for PC, while last year’s FIFA14 has yet again topped the charts.
The MMO from Bethesda has however topped the individual formats chart in the UK indicating that the game has been received well matching the hype it created before its launch.
Elder Scrolls Online is set for an Xbox One and PS4 debut soon and considering that most of the sales for Bethesda would have been digital downloads, the number two spot in all-formats chart is definitely not bad.
With no other major release last week except Dynasty Warriors 8: Xtreme Legends, EA managed to score again with FIFA 14 grabbing the ace position in all formats chart. This gives FIFA 14 an eleven week non-consecutive number one position equaled only by four other games in UK chart history including FIFA: Road To The World Cup 98, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Wii Fit, and Zumba Fitness.
inFamous: Second Son tumbled to sixth position in UK individual formats chart while it managed a descent third position in all formats chart.
Titanfall continued to hold its third position in all formats chart and second position in individuals chart, while Call Of Duty: Ghosts jumped four positions to finish fourth from last week’s eighth.
Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes fell three places to finish at fifth in all formats while it fell four places to finish eighth in individual formats chart.
