Sony Xperia Z2 is available for pre-order on Vodafone UK and the telco has announced that the first 3,000 customers to hit the pre-order button will be given a 32-inch Sony KDL 32 R47 HDTV for free.
Vodafone, which has listed Z2’s release date as April 10, is offering the most affordable tariff on the Xperia Z2 at £42 a month with unlimited texts and minutes along with 1GB of monthly data. Those looking for higher data caps can opt for Red XXL 4G plan with 13GB data, unlimited texts and calls, but for a sizable £62 per month.
Retailers are offering a range of freebies, but by far the best deal is from Vodafone with its free 32-inch HDTV offer for the first 3,000 customers who pre-order the Xperia Z2.
The Xperia Z2, which was launched at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2014 in Barcelona, packs a 5.2-inch 1080p HD display, quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.3GHz, thin 8.2mm casing, a 20.7-megapixel rear camera capable of recording 4K videos, and Android 4.4 Kitkat.
The Xperia Z2 carries a IP58 certification, supports 4G LTE, and is powered by a 3,200mAh battery.
