Galaxy S5 has been making headlines for months now and latest tip claims that the latest flagship packs an iris scanner, 20-megapixel camera and will unveiled at MWC 2014.
A certain tipster named Rajdeep revealed to PhoneArena that the Galaxy S5 will pack a 2K display with a resolution of 1,440 x 2,560 pixels (QHD) with a whopping 560 pixel per inch (ppi). The smartphone is expected to pack a 2900mAh battery as well.
Beyond that the tipster also revealed that the Galaxy S5 will have a state-of-the-art iris scanner; and a 20-megapixel camera with new optical image stabilisation techniques giving you Lumia-like photos. The iris scanner tip falls in line with what Samsung’s top executive revealed earlier on the sidelines of CES 2014. It is also claimed that the Galaxy S5 will support a range of health accessories.
Debunking previous rumours of a metal-encased Galaxy S5, the latest tip claims that Samsung won’t forego its plastic body, which may be a great way of keeping costs down but does sacrifice on premium level quality to some extent.
