Lumia 2520, which was launched at Nokia World 2013 event in October, will be publicly available in the US starting November 22, but there is no official word on its availability in the UK.
However, sources familiar with the matter have revealed that the Windows RT tablet will be released in the UK in the first week of December and will be available at John Lewis department stores. Pricing is still MIA though.
For those who needs a refresher on the specifications of the tablet, the Lumia 2520 packs a 10.1-inch IPS ClearBlack touchscreen display with 1,920 x 1,080p resolution; is powered by 2.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor; 2GB RAM; 32GB internal storage expandable to 32GB using a microSD card; 6.7-megapxiel rear camera; and 8,000 mAh battery.
The tablet will be available in the US through AT&T with a price tag of $499 and considering previous Nokia launches, it won’t be too far-fetched to assume that the Lumia 2520 will retail at a similar outlay in the UK as well. We pet it at somewhere between £375 and £399.
Same is the case with Lumia 1520, which is now available in France, but UK availability dates are still unknown.
