A Google+ user says that at least two ads point to the possibility of the release of Nexus 6 phone and Nexus 9 tablet, which he caught while watching “The Walking Dead.”
Nexus 6 smartphone is reportedly being developed by Motorola and will sport the Google’s next version of Android OS popularly known as “L.” It is widely believed that the “L” will eventually be named Android 4.5 Lollipop when it goes official.
It is said that the phone will have a 5.9-inch display and will have resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. The device is likely to be loaded with a 13-megapixel rear camera that will use optical image stabilisation technology. The front camera is likely to be a 2-megapixel shooter.
The tablet in the ad in all likelihood will be manufactured by HTC with an 8.9-inch display with a resolution of 2048 x 1400 pixels. The tablet in all probability will be powered by a 64-bit dual-core processor. Sources say that Google may be keeping the development under wrap because it may still be fine tuning the Android L and may not be the right time to reveal it as of now.
Google has not responded to any queries regarding this development.
