HTC is hosting launch event of all new HTC One (M8) on March 25 and according to signage in Verizon stores, the smartphone is likely to go on sale the same day.
“Get ready to hit refresh, 3.25 at 1PM ET”, reads the signage that has HTC One’s upcoming Lite Brite flip cover. The 1PM Eastern is roughly the same time when the new HTC One is expected to go on sale in London.
Verizon in-store computer systems are also showing Pricing and color options for the HTC One (M8) – $200 on a 2 year contract. The device will be available in Amber Gold, Glacier Silver, and Metal Grey (black).
AT&T has also started teasing the HTC One refresh since a couple of days now with the words “an amazing new HTC device,” and a nondescript image. The mobile operator is also promoting the handset through a giveaway spanning 5 days – from March 21 to March 25.
AT&T is giving away 1 of these new $639.99 HTC devices every day for the five days and users have to just enter their email address to be eligible for a win.
