Microsoft’s yet to be released selfie centric smartphone dubbed ‘the Nokia Lumia 730’ will cost around £143 ($240), a fresh leak released by a Vietnamese retailer claims.
According to the leaked specifications, the Lumia 730, codenamed Superman, will feature a 4.7-inch HD display with dual-SIM support, a 2000mAh battery, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory.
Powered by a Snapdragon 400 processor coupled with Adreno 305 GPU, the anticipated selfie-focused handset is likely to sport a 5-megapixel front-facing camera and a 6.7-megapixel rear camera. The smartphone is expected to come with Carl Zeiss lens, however, the report has not specified for which of the two cameras.
Previous leaks suggest that the Nokia Lumia 730 will be available in vibrant green and orange colours. One of the leaked images showcased the handset running an unannounced ‘Lumia Debian Red’ Windows Phone version, speculated to be the company’s version of the Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1.
Rival, Sony also recently launched its selfie-dedicated smartphone ‘the Xperia C3’ last month with its dual-SIM variant, the Xperia C3 Dual, to be rolled out globally in August.
Microsoft is yet to officially confirm the specifications and also reveal the exact pricing and availability details of the smartphone.
