A leaked GFX Benchmark screenshot has revealed key hardware specifications of Microsoft’s upcoming Lumia 1330 phablet.
As per the screenshot, the yet-to-be announced ‘Lumia 1330’ with model number RM-1062 will feature a 5.7 inch display with a resolution of 1280 by 720 pixels, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset with quad-core CPU and Adreno 305 GPU, 512MB of RAM along with 32GB of internal storage.
The alleged Microsoft Lumia 1330 is expected to sport a 14-megapixel rear camera with 1080p Full HD video capture, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with 1080p video capture. The phablet may get launched with Windows Phone 8.1 GDR2, wireless charging support and a new BV-T4B battery.
Meanwhile, two more versions of the phone have shown up at the FCC for certification – RM-1066 and RM-1067. The RM-1066 is reportedly the single-SIM variant of the phablet while the RM-1067 is the dual-SIM variant of the Microsoft Lumia 1330.
Although there’s no word on when Microsoft will make the device official, it is expected that the Lumia 1320 successor will get launched at the annual Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015, scheduled to take place from 2-5 March 2015 in Barcelona.
