With not even a week to go before the launch of its next flagship smartphone G3 in London, LG is all busy sharing bits and pieces of information, and the latest being the slim bezels, suggest that G3 is likely to outsmart its rivals and predecessors in looks.
For quite some time, the company has been publishing short teaser videos focusing on impressive features of the smartphone, but the most recent video reveals that the G3 has very slim bezels and a metal case with a brushed finish.
The 53-second video is published on the microsite of LG, dedicatedly focused on the G3. The bezels on the G3 are thinner than that of G2 which was adored for its big screen and thin bezels.
The video features three devices – two larger devices with thick bezels showing how the bezels reduce the screen size, and G3 with its thin bezels, featuring a 5.5 inch display, which nears the ‘Note’ in terms of screen size. Notably, this is the first time LG’s flagship smartphone comes with a big screen.
Earlier this week, the company took the wraps of the QuickCircle case which has ports in the front side of the phone.
Previous leaks also point to the unique camera using a laser technology to autofocus which exceeds the performance of autofocus lamps. This laser feature is expected to get much attention for the G3.
Other leaks say that the microUSB port, a 3.5mm headphone jack and a microphone pinhole are placed at the bottom of the phone.
