Recent benchmark results of a certain LG D-410 smartphone popped up on an Italian website, which claimed that the handset could very well be the rumoured LG G2 Mini.
The GFXbench results reveal that the smartphone packs a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 MSM8226 CPU, runs Android 4.4 KitKat, and has a display with 540 x 960 (qHD) resolution. Earlier rumours pointed to a possibility of 4.7-inch screen; however, it is likely that LG G2 Mini will pack a smaller display – probably a 4.3-inch panel.
If we compare the specifications to that of LG G2, we are surprised if not shocked. With a full HD 1080p resolution, a 2.26GHz processor and 5.2-inch screen, the G2 is definitely a top of the line handset as far as specs are concerned. LG might have taken the word ‘mini’ literally and along with the size of the phone, it seems that the company has cut down on specs drastically as well – if the LG D-410 is indeed the G2 Mini.
We can’t say for sure if the smartphone is the LG G2 Mini, but atleast we know what to expect from CES 2014 next year.
