Samsung is likely prepping for the next launch event, as a new leak from GSM Arena showcases four pictures allegedly of the company’s next flagship device Galaxy Note 4.
The phone in the leaked images has a leather-textured back and a metallic frame while the front of the phone closely resembles the previous models of the Galaxy Note range. The S Pen will fit into the holster on the side of the device and the speaker grille and the micro USB 3.0 port are located at the bottom.
With the Galaxy S5 accelerating the sales figures, Galaxy Note 4 is expected to be positioned to grab the attention of those interested in high-end devices with a big screen and a battery packing more stamina.
The device is expected to sport a 5.7-inch Amoled screen with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 pixels. The Galaxy Note 4 is expected to pack a 16-megapixel rear camera, a 3-megapixel front camera along with a 3,000mAh battery, a Snapdragon 805 processor and a 3GB RAM.
Samsung has promised two new devices in the latter half of the year – speculations say they are the Galaxy Note 4 and Galaxy Alpha.
Galaxy Note 4 might debut on September 3, on the IFA electronics trade show floor in Berlin. The Korean giant is also expected to plan for similar events alongside the launch in New York and Beijing.
