HTC has sent out invites for its March 25 event as well as penned a tweet hinting at the possibility of HTC One 2 unveil.
HTC UK first tweeted just the image of the invite without any specific information. But in a subsequent tweet, HTC clearly hinted at HTC One 2 aka HTC M8 unveil. “The best is about to get better”, read the tweet.
HTC One 2 is one of the most rumoured smartphones from HTC till date with even a UK court judge hinting at the launch of HTC One 2.
The smartphone is expected to be powered by a larger 5-inch display with full HD 1080p resolution, Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz and 2GB of RAM. The HTC One 2 is expected to run Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
Further, the smartphone is also expected to have a removable backplate allowing users to switch out the handset’s battery, feature a dual-sensor rear-facing camera with HTC’s Ultrapixel technology, fingerprint scanner, improved front-facing camera, 16GB internal storage, 4G LTE connectivity and 2,900mAh battery.
