Amidst reports of delays and cancellations, new reports suggest that GTA V for PC and next-gen consoles will be released mid-November sometime – both in Europe and US.
Listings of GTA V for PC, Xbox One and PS4 popped up on quite a few sites including Exertis Gem [Google Cache], UK’s Littlewoods indicating a November 14 release – something that falls perfectly in line with traditional weekend releases in the UK and Europe.
Another listing on Australia’s Big W showed a November release, but without a specific date.
Just a couple of days back a GTA V listing on Newegg indicated a November 18 release of the title for PC, Xbox One and PS4 in the US – the day of the week that sits right with typical releases in the US. The listing was soon taken down.
We came across reports of a mid-November release in Europe back in July when Danish retailer Coolshop’s website showed off a listing of GTA V for PC with a release date of November 14.
Not all reports have been talking about a possible release of GTA V for PC and next-gen consoles this year as according to a certain Brad – Rockstar North employee and founder of marketing firm Rantic – Rockstar was planning to cancel GTA V for PC owning to ‘corporate problems’.
