Galaxy Note 4 has had a fair share of its rumour limelight, but one thing that has been constantly talked about is its rear camera and its megapixels.
First we came across reports that Note 4 will pack a 20-megapixel camera followed by reports that it will have a 16-megapixel sensor. However, the latest report from over the other side of the Korean borders claim that it will have a 12-megapixel camera – 1 less than the one on Note 3, but with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS).
ETNews claims in its latest report that Samsung is going to opt for a 12-megapixel camera on Note 4 and this leads us to believe that the 20-megapixel camera it originally developed for the phablet will be going onto its upcoming Galaxy S6 or whatever it calls its Galaxy S5 successor.
The report claims that Samsung decided with the 12-megapixel sensor with OIS as it wanted to keep the Note 3 successor as slim as possible. The report also shed light on the front camera of the Note 4 which is said to be an upgrade from Note 3’s 2-megapixel to a 3.7-megapixel one.
Some of the other rumoured features of the Note 4 are Swipe to launch Motion Launcher, Smart Fingerprint, Aqua Capture, and Multi Network for Booster.
Nothing can be said for sure until Samsung unveils Note 4 and we presume it might be sometime during IFA 2014 or just before that.
