Everything Everywhere (EE) has revealed that it will receive display models of LG G Flex smartphone as early as December 20 well before the smartphone goes on sale in early 2014 in the UK.
Expected in late January or early February, the LG G Flex will be available at the mobile carriers’ shops including the ones located in Brighton, Cambridge, Kent, London, Merry Hill, Nottingham, and Sheffield.
LG G Flex is the answer to Samsung Galaxy Round and features a 6-inch curved and flexible display with a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Powered by a 2.26GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor the smartphone also packs Adreno 330 GPU, 2GB RAM, 13-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front one, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, Bluetooth, NFC and WiFi.
EE hasn’t provided any further information about its plans and customers are still in dark about the exact launch dates and its pricing in the UK.
LG has already started selling the G Flex in South East Asia and has announced its curved display smartphone in some of the major markets including India.
