Samsung is about to release yet another member in its medium-range Galaxy series of smartphones – a successor to Galaxy S Duos appropriately named Galaxy S Duos 2.
Leaked by Hungarian website Tech2, the specification list of the Galaxy S Duos 2 includes a 1.2GHz dual-core processor; runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean; sports a 4-inch display; features 4GB internal storage; 1500mAh battery; 768MB RAM; and packs a 5-megapixel rear shooter and a VGA front camera.
The upgraded processor and operating system makes the S Duos 2 quite better than the original S Duos. The leaked image of the device suggests that Duos 2 will have same design as the earlier Duos. The handset is also speculated to have Multi Window support. This means that two apps can be opened at once, one below the other.
No official word from Samsung yet about the availability or pricing of the handset, but our sources in India have pegged the Galaxy S Duos 2 at £117 ($185).
