Recently high street retailer Carphone Warehouse announced the launch of its own mobile network dubbed ‘iD’ and now it has revealed pricing details of tariffs for its Three MVNO, which launches Tuesday, May 12.
Carphone Warehouse’s iD contract length will range from 30 days to 24 months and will be separated into four tiers namely Shockproof, TakeAway, Go To and SIM Only.
The ‘Shockproof’ 4G tariff plan will begin from £7.50 per month and will help customers avoid unexpectedly-high bills with a £5 monthly buffer they can view and change via the iD website.
The ‘Takeaway’ roaming plan is designed for users who want to avoid hefty bills when travelling. The two-year deals start at £25.50 per month and cover calls, texts and data in 22 countries.
The ‘Go To’ plans start from £13.50 per month for 12 months and £11.50 per month over two years offering ‘generous’ data allowances.
The ‘SIM-only’ plans will be available from just £5 per month for a 30-day data-only contract with calls and texts added from a total of £7.50 per month. The deal includes an unlimited data plan featuring 2,000 minutes and 5,000 texts for £20 per month at launch.
Furthermore, Carphone is offering special launch offers on the Samsung A3 and Nokia 635. The Samsung Galaxy A3 will be available on a 12-month plan with 300 minutes, 5000 texts and 1GB for £19.50 per month, while the entry-level Nokia Lumia 635 will be available on a 24-month plan with 150 mins, 5000 texts and 250MB of data for £7.50 per month.
