An Asus tablet that will run Android, Windows or both the platforms has been spotted on FCC website indicating that consumers will have the best of both tablet platforms.
Believed to be an entry level tablet because it only boasts of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth with no option for cellular connectivity, the slate will be offered in a total of 9 different variants – possibly based on storage options.
First reported by Engadget, the model number of the tablet is M80T and users will be able to choose an OS according to their preferences. If they are confused about the choice, they can opt for the model that runs both.
CES 2014 isn’t too far off and with only a month to go before the event, it won’t be surprising if Asus officially unveils the tablet and makes it publicly available as early as February itself.
