Apple announced on Wednesday that it will soon be releasing the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C in 50 new markets in phase two of launch.
Apple released its iPhone 5S and 5C last month in just 11 markets, but managed to sell out the initial inventory within few days of launch. However it seems that it has managed to stock up enough units that over the course of next few days starting October 25, it has planned to launch its latest flagship handsets in new markets including Europe, Latin America and Asia.
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, French West Indies, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macau, Malta, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Macau, New Zealand, Norway, Reunion Island, Romania, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan and Thailand are the countries to get the two Apple handsets on October 25th.
A week later on November 1, iPhone 5c and 5s handsets will be released in Albania, Armenia, El Salvador, Guam, Bahrain, Colombia, Guatemala, India, Mexico, Moldova, Macedonia, Malaysia, Turkey, Montenegro, Saudi Arabia and the UAE taking the total count of iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C availability to 60 markets by 2013.
The iPad maker earlier launched its new iPhone models in September countries including Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, France, Germany, Puerto Rico, Singapore, the U.S., and the U.K.
Within three days of the launch, Apple confirmed that 9 million iPhone 5S and 5Cs were sold breaking all previous records.
Apple is rumoured to hold an event on October 22, which will gatecrash Nokia World event slated for the same day, where it will announce its next iPads – iPad 5 and iPad Mini 2 alongside Mac OS X Mavericks and Intel Haswell refreshes of Mac Pro.
