iPhone 6 is all but a guessing game right now, but if we go about Apple’s previous iPhone releases we can say with some level of surety that Cupertino may most probably launch a new iPhone sometime in the third half of the year – probably September.
There have been reports earlier from Germany that iPhone 6 was pegged for a September 19 release – these reports flew in after a Deutsche Telekom’s support reps were allegedly asked by the carrier to build the hype around iPhone 6.
September 19 launch date has been flagged again – this time from over the other side of the Great Wall of China. Laoyaoba has said that Apple will launch iPhone 6 on Friday keeping in line with its tradition of releasing new phones just before the weekend.
The report further reveals some details about the storage options and prices in China – 32GB iPhone 6 will be sold for 5,288 yuan (about $850) and 64GB iPhone 6 will be sold for 6,288 yuan (or $1008).
