Acer is betting a lot of chips on Android-powered all-in-ones and has announced two AIOs – the 27-inch TA272 HUL and the 21-inch DA223 HQL.
The TA272 HUL is a 27-inch behemoth that features a 2,560 x 1,440p resolution, 1.8GHz NVIDIA Tegra quad-core processor, 16GB internal storage, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, dual-band 802.11a/g/b/n Wi-Fi, two front-facing Dolby surround sound speakers, 2-megapixel webcam, USB 3.0 port, HDMI and DisplayPort and is priced at a whopping $1,100.
Acer’s second AIO is the DA223 HQL that features a 21-inch display with 1,920 x 1,080 pixel resolution, 1.7GHz quad-core processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, seamless edge-to-edge glass design, and 10-point full capacitive touchscreen.
The DA223 comes with Build Your Own Cloud that will allow users to build a cloud on their device which can be used to store personal files such as music, video, pictures and other cloud platforms. The AIO is priced at $699.
Acer will be shown during next week’s International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2014 in Las Vegas.
