Google is seemingly busy working on Android 4.4.3 for its Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 devices as a couple of new builds for the said Android version have been spotted online.
A new Android version build number KTU65 was spotted on Nexus 5 following which a tweet from developer LlabTooFeR claimed that Android 4.4.3 build KTU72B was already in testing.
These reports are now followed by another one from Myce wherein it is claimed that Android 4.4.3 build KTU83 has been spotted on Nexus 5 and Android 4.4.3 build KTU79 has been spotted on Nexus 7.

As explained on XDA Developers Google has a specific format which it follows to name its build numbers. The first letter of the build is the release family (for example K for KitKat); the second letter is a branch code (R for Release, T for Testing); the next letter indicates the quarter (A being Q1 2009, F being Q2 2010, U being Q1 2014) and the last two digits indicate the day in that quarter (83 being the 83rd day in the quarter – March 24).
Based on the convention Android 4.4.3 build KTU83 for Nexus 5 was created just about a week back. Considering that we have already seen firmware leaks it shouldn’t be long before we actually get to see an official Android 4.4.3.
