Vodafone has revealed that it will be the only mobile operator in the UK to carry Samsung Galaxy S5 Gold at launch with pre-orders starting on March 28.
“At Vodafone Social we were pretty excited to be able to say that we’ll be stocking the new Android powerhouse (which will be available to pre-order on 28 March), and today we can officially announce that the gold colour option will be a Vodafone exclusive from launch”, announced Vodafone UK in a blog post.
Vodafone will also be stocking Galaxy S5 in black, white and blue as well with pre-orders slated for March 28 and first shipments going out on April 11.
Some of the features of the Galaxy S5 include fingerprint sensor, heart rate monitor, improved battery life, larger 5.1-inch 1080p screen without increase in footprint, Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 quad-core processor clocked at 2.5GHz, 16-megapixel rear camera, Android 4.4 KitKat, and 16GB / 32GB internal storage expandable to up to 128GB via microSD card.
