A test build of Android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware for the Samsung Galaxy S4 has been leaked on the web, and those who don’t mind some bugs here and there may try it out at their own risk.
According to SamMobile the test build is for Galaxy S4 (GT-I9505) and has been ‘pretty stable’ expect for a few hiccups. Samsung isn’t likely to officially release the update up until February / March this year, but those who can’t want can tinker around.
Some of the noticeable changes in Android 4.4.2 KitKat are white status bar icons, improved keyboard layout in landscape mode, camera shortcut on lockscreen among others.
