Google is sending out Glass invites to some of its Google Music All Access users and those who are lucky enough will be given one Google Glass and explorer status.
Google has been very picky when it comes to signing up and accepting ‘explorers’ for its Google Glass, but the company has been loosening up a little. In October last year Google allowed each of its initial Glass Explorers to invite up to three people who them deem fit to be worthy of being a Glass Explorer.
It seems that Google isn’t happy with 24,000 additional Explorers and wants more people to join in. few Google Music All Access users have started receiving emails with invitation to join the Explorer program. We are not sure if the invitations are being sent out on a random basis or if there is a selection criteria involved.
The text in the email reads, “With the launch of Google Play Music on Google Glass, we’ve secured VIP invitations for All Access customers to join the Glass Explorer Program. Interested in rocking out while exploring with Glass? Sign up to receive your invitation below.”
However, if you are a Google Music All Access user and a US resident, here is a link to a form which you can fill and wait for an invitation to be mailed to you.
