One of Samsung’s next slate SM-T320 allegedly the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 has surfaced on FCC website and from the details on the commission’s site we know that the tablet at least has 2.4GHz Wi-Fi bandwidth, and Bluetooth.
The FCC filing doesn’t detail the screen size of the tablet, but if you dig the web for the model number you would end up finding a Zauba listing wherein it is said that the “Sample Samsung tablet” features a 8.4 inches display. Further, the FCC filing also confirms a rear camera with LED flash.
The listing doesn’t contain an approval for either Bluetooth LE or 5GHz Wi-Fi which strikes out the possibility of the Galaxy Tab Pro 8.4 being a high-end tablet. However, the shipment listing carries a price of £350 (Rs. 34,941) indicating that the silicon slab might just be made for medium to high-end market.
We are not sure if Samsung would announce the tablet at CES or MWC and it is a wait and watch game until then.
