Samsung is currently investigating Galaxy S3 Android 4.3 update issues after users started complaining that their S3 was behaving abnormally after the upgrade.
Samsung released the update just a few days back and soon after it was released the Galaxy S3 maker suspended the update. Users started complaining of reduced battery life, Wi-Fi connectivity issues, random freezing, difficult multitasking, Bluetooth audio issues when using it in-car and random device lock-ups among other several issues.
In an official statement given to SamMobile reads “As we are currently investigating the reported issues with Galaxy S3 4.3 Jelly Bean update, the upgrading service has been temporarily suspended. We are committed to providing customers with the best possible mobile experience, and will ensure to resume the upgrading service at the earliest possibility.”
The official test build of Android 4.3 for the Galaxy S3 was leaked days before Samsung officially released the update; however, there were no reports of such issues with the test build.
There is no official world from Samsung on when it will re-rollout the update again.
