A new reports suggests Microsoft will launch two high-end smartphones along with Windows 10 for phones sometime later this year.
According to a report on Unleashthephones, Redmond will roll out two high-end Lumia windows phones, codenamed Cityman and Talkman, in the second half of this year.
As per the report ‘Cityman’ will come powered by an octa-core Qualcomm processor. The handset is expected to feature a 5.7-inch QHD display, 3GB RAM, 32GB of internal memory further expandable using a microSD card slot, 20 megapixel rear camera, 5 megapixel front facing camera, and a 3300 mAh removable battery.
The other Lumia codenamed ‘Talkman’ is expected to boast a 5.2 inch QHD display, a 6 core processor from Qualcomm, 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory further expandable using a microSD card slot. In terms of camera, the smartphone will sport a 20MP rear camera and a 5MP front facing camera same as Cityman. It will be powered by a 3000 mAh removable battery.
The report adds that both the smartphones will likely feature triple LED flash. This means each LED will have a different shade or tone to allow for photos with the most natural colors. The report also suggests processors with 64-bit support, which could most likely be Snapdragon 810 or Snapdragon 808.
The handsets are expected to be announced alongside the launch of Windows 10 for phones later this year.
