Pokémon.com has announced its latest battle competition dubbed “2015 International Challenge” involving Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire with players facing each other in Double Battle matches.
Players will have their Pokémon automatically raised or lowered to level 50 for the competition. However, certain legendary Pokémon are banned and the one that has been entered must have been raised, caught or hatched from an egg in one of the four main 3DS titles including Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, Pokémon Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire.
” You’ll need a Pokémon Trainer Club account and your own copy of the Pokémon Omega Ruby or Pokémon Alpha Sapphire video game with a party of eligible Pokémon. And you’ll need to read and accept the regulations on the Pokémon Global Link before the battle period begins”, reads the official announcement.
The competition starts on February 27th and ends on March 1st. According to the competition’s rules and regulations page, every participant competing in 2015 International Challenge will receive 2,000 Poké Miles.
