Far Cry 4 is releasing in matter of days and just as we prep ourselves for the Himalayan adventure, an alternative ending of the game has surfaced. [We would like to give you a heads-up that if you decide to continue reading, major spoiler lies ahead.]
Far Cry 4, which is releasing on November 18 for the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC, will see players act out as Ajay Ghale. The English-speaking Nepalese native, has returned to civil-war-torn Kyrat in a bid to fulfill his mother’s dying wish by scattering her ashes into the winds of the fictional Himalayan region.
The leader of the civil war is the self-appointed king of the of the native rebels Pagan Min. Min’s men capture Ajay upon his arrival and shift him to a room where Min invites him to stay and “enjoy the crab rangoon.”
This is where players can access the alternate ending of the game. One would normally just walk out of the room and trigger the main story line, but to access the alternate ending, players need to stay in the room for about 13 to 15 minutes.

In about 13 mins, Pagan Min comes back to check on Ajay and then takes Ajay to place his mother’s ashes next to those of another deceased relative. While they are travelling to the place, Min talks to Ajay about history of his mother in Kyrat.
Once Ajay is done placing the ashes of his mom, Min says: “Oh good! You feel better now? Get it out of your system? Maybe now, we can shoot some goddamn guns.?”
Players are shown an option to select between “Should I Stay or Should I Go” and if the latter is chosen, the game ends.
