The much-awaited iPhone 6 will finally see the daylight at the Apple’s big media event on September 9, at least according to the alleged iPhone 6 manual added to the long list of seemingly plausible leaks.
The image from the French website Nowhereelse.fr, which has a strong track record of reporting Apple launches ahead, has apparently revealed the launch date of the next-generation smartphone, the iPhone 6 to be Tuesday, September 9.
The manual shows of the date visible printed on the display of the iPhone 6 device blueprint, which coincides with the previous rumours of the launch date.
The snap is said to be from the “most trusted and loyal sources” of Steve Hemmerstoffer, editor of nowhereelse.fr in China, who have been the sources for a similar bona fide image, ahead of the iPhone 5S launch.
But, MacRumors believes it to be fake noting that the font isn’t in line with the Cupertino’s regular style. However, the image is legitimate or not, September 9 remains the frontrunner for the launch date of iPhone 6.
According to the leaked image, the new iPhone 6 will come with redesigned volume buttons, re-located sleep/wake button, the Lightning connector placed below the home button, which includes the Touch ID sensor.
Earlier this week, China Telecom accidentally posted a image of the iPhone 6, which was thought to be the most official image of the smartphone yet. However, it turned out to be nothing more than just a conceptual design!
