Jaguar’s latest model – the Jaguar XE – that will rival BMW 3 series is set to make its official public debut in London on September 8 having class leading dynamics and technology.
From the details of the car released by Jaguar it is seen that the entry level model is blessed with high-end features and technologies. The main attraction of the XE is the light weight aluminum construction and 2.0-litre gas and diesel four-cylinder engines.
The integral link suspension system is made of aluminum in the new Jaguar XE. This system features the F-Type’s double wishbone front suspension. The Electric Power Assisted Steering is also tuned for responsiveness and a sporty feel.
Jaguar XE packs brand new traction control system specifically developed for the rear-wheel-drive cars called All Surface Progress Control. This system helps in gaining the traction on the slippery surface which eliminates the flaws of RWD.
Even though the Jaguar XE will debut in September, European customers have to wait until next year to experience the XE and North American buyers have to wait until 2016.
The latest teaser has been labelled as part 1 of 4 and it seems that Jaguar is using all the time between now and the release date to drip-feed us and build up the hype.
