Titanfall has made it to the headlines ever since its launch on March 11 and Xbox One and PC gamers are delighted by the futuristic game, but it seems that Xbox 360 users will have to wait a little more before they can get their hands onto one.
“Titanfall for Xbox 360 will now be releasing on April 8 in North America, and beginning on April 11 in Europe”, announced EA Studios executive vice president Patrick Söderlund.
“The game will feature the same 6v6 gameplay, maps, modes, weapons and Burn Cards as the Xbox One and PC versions of the game.”
Bluepoint is developing the Xbox 360 version of the game and according to Söderlund, devs at Bluepoint have been given a little more time to make things better “and deliver an epic Titanfall experience for Xbox 360 players”.
We are not sure about the improvements that Bluepoint will be bringing in this late close to the launch date, but one thing that does come to mind is the possibility of Microsoft seeking to profit from the exclusive title and sell as many Xbox One units as possible.
Delaying an Xbox 360 version of the game by 11 days = more Xbox One sales.
