Samsung Chromebook 2 is likely to feature Galaxy Note 3-like faux-leather case, according to a new leak that emerged on Twitter.
The leak comes from none other than the prolific @evleaks. The leaked image shows Samsung Chromebook 2 adorned with a faux-leather case with the Google Chrome logo.
According to previous rumours Samsung Chromebook 2 will be made available in two different screen options – an 11.6-inch version and a 13.3-inch variant.
The 13.3-inch variant is said to have a Full HD display with 1,920 × 1,080 resolution, while the smaller 11.6-inch model will pack a 1,366 × 768 resolution display.
Both the models will be powered by Samsung’s energy-efficient Exynos 5 Octa processors giving the Chromebook improved battery life of up to 8.5 hours on top of the effortless multitasking.
The Chrome OS will auto update itself automatically ensuring that the system is up to date with latest OS patches, security and bug fixes. Samsung will pre-load each of the Chromebook 2 with software packages valued at $100.
It is believed that the 13.3-inch Samsung Chromebook 2 will retail at $399.99 while the 11.6-inch variant will cost $319.99 and will be available later this April.
