A photo allegedly taken with Nokia X A110 aka Nokia Normandy has surfaced on the web and according to EXIF information, it is all but confirmed that Nokia’s first Android smartphone indeed packs a 5-megapixel camera.
The Nokia X is expected to be priced at $110 and according to leaks will pack a 1GHz dual core processor, 512MB RAM, Android 4.4.2 KitKat, 4GB internal storage, a microSD card slot for external storage, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot, and a 5-megapixel rear camera.
The Wall Street Journal, citing unnamed sources, claimed earlier this month that Nokia X will be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2014 next week.
According to the WSJ report and previous other leaks, Nokia will be degoogleizing Android and will instead promote Nokia HERE and Microsoft apps. It is also said that the UI of Nokia X will be redesigned to look similar as that of Windows Phone.
It is also rumoured that Nokia will be revealing Lumia 1820, Lumia 1520, Lumia 635 and other gadgetry at the MWC 2014.
