Apple Online store has just come back online after nearly two hours of hiatus and brings with it the option to buy iPad Air online and the option to select personal pick-up right from day one as anticipated. All four major carriers in the US: AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile are also offering the iPad Air on their own stores.
Apple unveiled the new iPad Air a couple of weeks back and it is one of the fastest tablets around. Powered by Apple’s 64-bit A7 processor – the processor which made its debut with iPhone 5S – the iPad Air is thinner, lighter compared to its predecessor. The 16GB Wi-Fi only model costs $499 while the top end 128GB Wi-Fi + Cellular model costs a whopping $929.
It seems that Apple is confident of meeting with demands and has also ensured that customers get at least one iPad Air as per their convenience. Customers can order one online [Apple Store, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon] and have it delivered at their door step; order one online and select personal pick-up option; or just walk in to a nearby Apple Retail store and buy one off the shelf.
