Google is yet to announce the Nexus 5, however it seems that at least one manufacturer isn’t able to cope up with the excitement surrounding the smartphone and has teased Nexus 5 cases.
Google has removed Nexus 4 listing from its Play Store indicating that Nexus 5 launch is eminent and just around the corner and it is only a matter of time before the official launch date is revealed. Spigen, a South Korean mobile accessory manufacturer, however is not able to control the excitement and has already teased an image of its upcoming Nexus 5 case through a Google+ Post.
The image doesn’t reveal a lot about the case as it just shows the back of the Nexus 5. The caption reads “Nexus 5 Revolution Be Ready.”
Earlier in the day there were rumours that Google will be launching its Nexus 5 at an event on October 15. With just five days to go and no invites, the October 15 event seems less likely.
Nexus 5 is rumoured to pack the quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz, 5-inch full HD 1080p display, Android 4.4 KitKat, 3GB 2GB RAM and will come in two different storage sizes – 16GB and 32GB. The 16GB Nexus 5 is expected to retail at $299 off-contract.
