CyanogenMod source code released for Samsung Galaxy Note 3
CyanogenMod source code for Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has been officially announced by CyanogenMod team and the nightly builds will follow soon.
One of the best Android alternatives built using Android has been released for all major flagship devices released in 2013 including Samsung Galaxy S4, Google Nexus 5, LG G2, HTC One, and Moto X, but the team never announced it for the Galaxy Note 3 until now.
Through an official Google+ announcement, the team has announced availability of Galaxy Note 3 CM source code. No builds have been made available yet, however the team notes that the code is stable enough for users to try their hands on the code.
“The devices aren’t yet ready for nightlies, but the trees are in a stable enough condition for you all to build and hack upon at home”, announced CyanogenMod.
AT&T and Verizon users are in for a little disappointed as these models are not officially supported by CyanogenMod because of both the company’s policy of having a locked bootloader; however, the team is building ROMs for the two variants nonetheless.
