Vodafone has announced all of its 12 and 24 month bundles will now offer 4G access by default and that data allowances on its Red Value bundles has also been increased.

Vodafone currently offers three different types of bundles – Standard bundles, Red bundles and Red Value bundles. The Standard Bundle starts at £17 per month for 500 mins, unlimited texts and 500MB of 4G Data, while Red and Red Value plans start at £26 per month.

As part of the change, customers signed up to 24-month Red Value Bundles will now be offered 25GB of data, unlimited calls and texts, 24 months of Now TV, Spotify or Sky Sports mobile TV and free calls inside the Eurozone with EuroTraveller.

Vodafone also announced that all pay monthly agreements with a handset will now offer 4G, in a move it said had followed customers’ requests for more data and access to the 4G network.

Cindy Rose, Consumer Director at Vodafone UK, said: “Our customers told us that they wanted more data and access to our 4G network, regardless of what agreement they are on.”

“With our new bundle structure and Fixed Price Promise, Vodafone customers have the flexibility and security to enjoy more of what they love safe in the knowledge their line rental cost will remain the same for the contract term, making Vodafone the network they can depend on.”
