Blizzard Entertainment has announced the release date of World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor expansion at an event that was simulcast live to attendees of gamescom.
Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime said that players will have huge amount of content to explore in the Warlords of Draenor and will encounter an epic cast of legendary characters.
“The countdown to the arrival of one of the greatest threats in Warcraft history has begun. We can’t wait to send everyone through the Dark Portal this November”, he added.
The company also released a cinematic trailer of Warlords of Draenor and the first episode of Lords of War – Blizzard’s animated lore miniseries that will introduce players to the characters that are central to the fifth expansion of World of Warcraft.
The Warlords of Draenor expansion will palce you right in the middle of war brewing between multiple orc clans in the treacherous Tanaan Jungle on the planet Draenor.
Earlier, Blizzard had released details of Tanaan Jungle. “In primordial Tanaan, even the plants have teeth. Darkling fronds stab out at unlucky wanderers, or conceal canyons that plunge miles deep beneath the canopy – and these are far from the jungle’s worst dangers”, Blizzard noted at the time.
